Oskar PuchalskiHuge thanks to Conan and Faye and the entire Signature Dog Training team. My shiba just finished a 3 week training program for reactivity, and the results have been fantastic. While I was away, my dog stayed for a few weeks with a trusted sitter he stayed with in the past with no issues. However, during this stay, he experienced intense stress triggers including a heatwave, thunderstorm, and fireworks. These factors caused massive panic attacks and he became very reactive. He started resource guarding, getting snappy with other dogs, and lunging at them. It eventually escalated into seriously going after another dog. He needed professional help to manage this severe stress and reactivity. Throughout the 3 weeks he was in training, communication was amazing. What I also really appreciated was the handover. When Conan came and returned him home he spent time with me and we went for a walk in the park where he explained how my dog actually sees things. Conan showed me exactly how to approach and correct certain behaviors and manage certain situations. That hands on explanation made everything click. The training clearly worked, and my shiba has settled back in really well. We already had a situation where another dog approached. He growled slightly, but I gave him a quick and gentle correction, and 1 second later he was totally fine and just sniffed the dog and ignored it. We also practice heel often, and it is working great. Conan explained to use the word "good" to keep the behavior going versus saying "yes" followed by a reward for great work. I knew Conan and the entire Signature Dog Training team would do a wonderful job, and they totally nailed it. mandi dickieWe have been having problems with our 7 month old Goldador, walking, jumping, listening you name it. Well first thing we found out is she is a working lab retriever (not what we expected but that's fine 😊) Watching the videos we saw massive improvements in her unwanted behaviours and cannot thank Conan and his team enough. We have booked her in for another 2 and half weeks just before Christmas. I cannot recommend Signature dog training enough 5* easily.Posted on Google

Amy KenyonIf could give more stars would. Can not recommend this company any more they are just amazing. After so many behaviourists and vets wanting to put my dog down as she was out of control Conan was our last resort. Violet went in for an initial 2 weeks but got extended to 3 she was very snappy and would bite if spooked or just because she could. She was very anxious and constantly jumping at cars when they went past. Violets come home and we weren’t sure what to expect but it’s like she’s a brand new dog the dog we always knew she could be she just needed the correct people to understand her and to then be able to help us as her owners give Violet the best life. I only wish we had found this company sooner. They’ve literally saved Violets life she’s come home the dream dog but still with her personality she hasn’t gone for anyone and cars don’t phase her now. Julia AmedWe came from a really difficult experience trying to find a dog trainer who would do the bare minimum: take the time to listen to us, get to know Lily, and create an individualised plan. Our 2-year-old dachshund was extremely reactive on walks, barking and lunging at other dogs. We contacted at least 10 different trainers and received responses such as “I’ll send you YouTube videos”, “I don’t need to see the behaviour”, and even people blaming us for the situation. By that point, we were exhausted and feeling quite hopeless. Speaking to Conan for the first time genuinely gave us hope again. He and Faye took the time to get to know Lily, listen to us properly, and build a personalised plan that suited her needs — and the support continues even after the training. There’s nothing “magic” about it; we still have to put in the work and maintain the structure, but we’ve never felt like we’re doing it alone. They reply to messages so quickly, watch the videos we send, and are always ready to help and guide us. Choosing to work with them was honestly one of the best decisions we’ve made. Walks have become so much calmer, and for the first time in a long time I feel confident continuing everything they taught us. We truly couldn’t recommend them more highly.Posted on Google
Sarah McquoidMy very anxious miniature dachshund, Daisy, has been to stay with Conan and his team on three or four occasions now. As well as being treated as one of the family, I have seen a considerable improvement in her behaviour. She was previously very nervous on walks, scared of most noises, most people and most other dogs. Over time Conan has built Daisy’s confidence and we are now able to go out and about with a lot less stress. I would highly recommend Signature and will always be happy for Daisy to stay with Conan and the gang whilst I am away.
